Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the CERN Technical Student Program 2025, you must meet the following requirements:
Nationality: You must be a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State.
Education: You should have completed at least 18 months of your undergraduate studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field.
Student Status: You must be a full-time student during the internship period.
Language Proficiency: You should have a good command of English or French.

Program Benefits
CERN offers an incredible package to its selected students:
Duration: The internship duration ranges from 4 to 12 months.
Monthly Allowance: You’ll receive a monthly allowance of 3452 Swiss Francs (net of tax).
Travel Allowance: CERN provides a travel allowance to cover your trip to and from Geneva.
Family Support: If you are married and/or have children, you may be entitled to a supplement.
Health Insurance: CERN offers comprehensive health insurance coverage.
Paid Leave: You’ll receive 2.5 days of paid leave per month.

Deadlines and Application Review Process
Your application must be submitted by November 4th, 2024 (23:59 CET). Applications are reviewed three times a year by a panel of CERN experts, and you can expect to be notified of the decision by February 2025.
