ifa Cross Culture Program (CCP) Fellowship Program is now inviting new applications for the academic year of 2021. This is a fully-funded exchange program and paid internship for international students to work in Germany for the short time to make connections between German industries, institutions to the international community. The CCP Fellowship Program enables professionals and committed volunteers to work in an intercultural environment for two to three months and to gather new skills.

With the CCP Fellowships, the CrossCulture Programme (CCP) funds around 100 professionals and committed volunteers from 40 countries each year. During two to three months of practical training in host organizations in Germany or in CCP partner countries, participants deepen their expertise and acquire intercultural skills. In turn, the host organizations benefit from the expertise, regional knowledge, and networks of the CCP fellows. The participants then bring their experiences gained abroad into their everyday working life when they return to their home organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants for the fully funded cultural program or fully funded exchange program to study abroad in Germany must fulfill the following eligibility criteria;

  • Applicants from the following countries are eligible to apply for the CCP fellowships

Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Qatar, Republic of Moldova, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan.

  • Applicants Should be between the ages of 23 and 45 at the time of the application.
  • Students should be good in written and spoken English skills.
  • Must have at least two years of proven professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organization in the country of origin.
  • Applicants should be in good health for a longer stay abroad.
