Eligibility Criteria

Fulbright, U.S. Department of State, or USAID Employees: Employees of the Fulbright organization, U.S. Department of State, or USAID, along with their spouses, children, fiancés, siblings, dependents, and parents.

First or Final Year Students: Students in their first or final year of university are not eligible for the program.
