Before starting your application, it is mandatory to reach out to your intended academic supervisor at Science Tokyo via email. 2. Obtain Consent

Once you have the consent of your intended academic supervisor, obtain a consent email or letter from them. This will be required in the next step of your application process.

3. Submit Consent to Admissions Division

Before you can proceed with the online application, you must submit the consent email or letter to the Admissions Division at Science Tokyo by November 18, 2024, at 23:59 JST through email at the ryugakusei@jim.titech.ac.jp. The Admissions Division will review your submission.

4. Access to Online Application System

After verifying your consent document, the Admissions Division will provide you with a URL and password to access the online application system. Only after receiving this can you start the formal online application process.

5. Graduate Major Selection

When applying, ensure that you select the correct graduate major. Faculty members are assigned to specific schools and graduate majors.
